Indominus Games LLC subscription service (hereinafter: Indominus Games Service) provides Content to its customers worldwide. The Content (defined below) of Indominus Games Services is accessible via a mobile app for use on compatible devices (the "App"). Indominus Games Service may also include or offer other products and/or services that may be added by Indominus Games from time to time.
Please read these terms of use ("Indominus Games Terms of Use") before using the Indominus Games Service. By clicking on
"Continue" or "I agree" you agree to these terms and conditions of use and use of our subscription services. If you do
not agree with any part of these terms of use, then you must cancel your subscription immediately.
For the purposes of these Indominus Games Terms of Use, "Content" shall mean all audio, video, images, text and other
content and experiences made available to Indominus Games Services customers.
Indominus Games Service is an automatically renewing subscription-based service that
allows customers to access selected Indominus Games Content through the App. Indominus Games Service are updated
regularly to add additional Content.
Indominus Games Service is offered at three membership tiers: Weekly, Monthly and
Annual. Subscription fees are displayed in Indominus Games Apps where applicable.
Upon expiration of the initial subscription term of your membership, your
membership will automatically renew for the same duration as the initial subscription term (e.g., one week, one month,
one year, or any other term then-offered by Indominus Games). You can cancel any time after you have signed up, but you
will continue to have subscription access to Content and be charged through the end of your subscription term, at which
time you will not be billed again.
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current
period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period and identify the
cost of the renewal.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings
after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a
subscription to that publication, where applicable.
Indominus Games Service may offer a free trial or discounted promotional subscription period at the start of a regular
subscription. The duration of the free or discounted period will be highlighted to the customer prior to purchasing the
regular subscription. After the free trial or discounted promotional subscription period, the customer will be charged
automatically for the original subscription.
Indominus Games reserves the right to vary the pricing for the Indominus Games Service or any part of the services
Indominus Games makes available to you in any manner. Should Indominus Games increase pricing for its Service and
subscriptions, the customer will be prompted to review and agree to the new price, otherwise the auto-renewal feature
will be disabled.
Please refer to indominusgames022@gmail.com for any questions about the Indominus Games Service and Content including the App. Please allow up to 7 working days for reply from Indominus Games Team.
You may cancel your Indominus Games Service subscription at any time, which will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Indominus Games Service until the end of your current billing period. Indominus Games does not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing period. If you cancel your subscription during a free trial or discounted promotional subscription, in accordance with the terms, then you will not be charged a subscription fee, and you will lose your access to the Indominus Games Service upon the expiry of your trial or discounted promotional subscription.
Indominus Games may change any of the terms and conditions in the Terms of Use at any time. Any significant change will be effective thirty (30) days after Indominus Games sends an in-app message or notification to the customer. Other changes will be effective immediately after Indominus Games sends an in-app message or notification to the customer. The most current version of the Terms of Use will be available via the App. Your continues use of the Indominus Games Service constitutes your acceptance of these changes. If you do not agree to to any of the changes and the Terms of Use, you must cancel your Indominus Games Service subscription.
i. copy, reverse engineer,
reverse assemble, otherwise attempt to discover the source code, distribute, transmit, display, perform, create a
database in electronic or structured form by systematically and/or regularly downloading, caching or storing all or any
of the Content and/or App, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, sell or in any other way
commercially exploit any information, software, products, Content or services obtained through the Indominus Games
Service;
ii. access the Indominus Games Service by any means other than through the authorized App;
iii. transmit any
message, information, data, text, software or image, or other content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive,
harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or otherwise objectionable which may infringe upon another's
right of privacy or publicity;
iv. impersonate any person or entity, including without limitation, a Indominus Games
official, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with such a person or entity;
v. post or transmit
any material that contains a virus or corrupted data;
vi. delete any author attributions, legal notices or proprietary
designations or labels that you upload to any communication feature;
vii. use any of the Indominus Games Service
features in a manner that adversely affects the availability of its resources to, or enjoyment by, other users (e.g.,
excessive shouting, use of all caps, or flooding continuous postings of repetitive text);
viii. violate any applicable
local, state, provincial, national or international law;
ix. upload or transmit any material that infringes any patent,
trademark, trade secret, copyright, moral right, or other proprietary rights of any party, including without limitation,
rights of publicity or privacy;
x. manipulate or otherwise display the Service by using framing or similar navigational
technology;
xi. register, subscribe, attempt to register, attempt to subscribe, unsubscribe, or attempt to unsubscribe,
any party for any Indominus Games product or service if you are not expressly authorized by such party to do so; or
xii.
use the Website, App or the Indominus Games Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Indominus
Games Terms.
You may not use the Indominus Games Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair
Indominus Games's servers or networks, or interfere with any other user's use and enjoyment of the Indominus Games
Service. Furthermore, you may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any of the Indominus Games Service, other
Website services, accounts, computer systems or networks connected to Indominus Games through hacking, password mining
or any other means.
If Indominus Games decides to discontinue the Indominus Games Service, Indominus Games will give you at least fifteen (15) calendar days' prior notice. In the event that Indominus Games changes or discontinues any part of the Indominus Games Service, you acknowledge that you may no longer be able to access Content to the same extent, or at all, as you may have done prior to the change or discontinuation. In no event will Indominus Games be liable in any way for the discontinuation of the Indominus Games Service, the removal of or disabling of access to the Indominus Games Service or other materials or for the withdrawal of any Content. Your sole remedy in the event of discontinuation of the Indominus Games Service is to cancel your subscription.
